Learning is far beyond classroom teaching and is intrinsic to our lives. The series of “Versatile XieHe” reports aim to help discover a diverse life in school education from different perspectives. “Whilst Mr. East and Ms. West move one step towards to each other, the gap between the two will be getting ever smaller, and I believe they would finally meet up.” Sticking to the value that “unity in diversity, innovation through collaboration”, XieHe is always dedicated to cultivate world citizenship with a great open vision, where east meets west. In Wanyuan, lives are enriched with colorful and versatile elements, which are huge enrichment to the academic achievements.

It’s Me

大家好，我是林潤杰。

的時間過的真快啊，一皺眉的一樣，小升初就以及結業就了。回想過去的，那九年協與人，四五年萬源加拿大pc雙語版的校內環境居住，小黑吊瓶滴仍舊記憶英語猶新。女佛山一中學子們的快樂，數學老師們下語仍舊在縈繞著，余音不斷。想不起5年紀的我我剛踏進這校內環境，那一天候的那一次我真是個爆棚的萌新，將在諾大的校內環境中看起來太過嬌嫩、青春年少。再一下現階段的自已，早熟且明朗活潑，到了能擔負起比較多職責的作用和變得很明確的我們的一生任務。是萬源加拿大pc，形成了我的長大。

Hi, I’m Jerry Lin.

How time flies, like the blink of an eye, junior high school has graduated. Looking back on the past, the four years of Wanyuan life is still fresh in my mind. The laughter of my classmates and the words of my teachers are still reverberating. I remember when I was in sixth grade when I was really a full sprout new, in this big campus appears so tender and green. Looking at myself now, being more mature and optimistic, have the ability to shoulder more responsibilities and a clearer goals in life. It was Wanyuan that changed me.

我很感謝萬源加拿大pc，感謝她為我提供的全方面、多元化的發展方向以及各方面的能力培養。這一點貫穿著我的初中生涯，從六年級初，到九年級末。

I am very grateful to WANYUAN for providing me with all-round, diversified development direction and ability cultivation in various aspects. This continued throughout my junior high school years, from the beginning of sixth grade to the end of ninth grade.

首先，是校園里的樂團。在六年級時，我因為對打擊樂的興趣而加入了萬源加拿大pc管樂團。一開始的我因為缺乏經驗，生怕自己做錯了什么而對參與這個陌生的團體感到不安，但漸漸地，我發現自己的理解有些片面和多余。打擊樂隊里學哥學姐和藹可親，會不辭辛苦地幫助我們這些萌新，這使我動力十足。在一次次排練中、一次次失敗和磨練后，我的能力有了很大提升，不僅是打擊樂相關的，更是有了承擔更多責任的能力和敢作敢為、團結一心的精神。從一個萌新到擔任打擊樂聲部長，各方面的均衡發展便是萬源加拿大pc教會我以及我們團隊里的每一個加拿大pc的能力。

First, the orchestra. When I was in grade 6, I joined wanyuan Orchestra because of my interest in percussion. At first, I felt uneasy about participating in this unfamiliar group because of my lack of experience and the fear that I might do something wrong. But gradually, I found that I was wrong. The elder ones in percussion music is kind and friendly, and will go out of their way to help us these cute new, which makes me very motivated. After rehearsals, failures and trials, my ability has been greatly improved, not only in percussion, but also with the ability to assume more responsibilities and the spirit of courage and unity. From being a newcomer to serving as the head of percussion, WANYUAN Union has brought me development in all aspects.

其次，是校園的包容與鼓勵的氛圍。在我的日常生活中，我十分喜歡騎自行車。在我的眼里，自行車不僅僅是交通工具，它們更是毅力、爆發力與速度的代表。為了磨練自己、開拓眼界，我曾經在八年級的暑假進行了360公里的環青海湖騎行，以及接下來的環崇明島、淀山湖100公里左右的長途騎行。從騎行前天天訓練體能，到騎行時克服對道路、高海拔的物理上的障礙，再到最終克服心理上對高速公路大車、路邊就是懸崖這種心理上的障礙。這一切，在當抵達終點線的時候，便在心頭開出一朵朵小花，告訴我：這一切都是值得的。所有的這些堅持，都是萬源加拿大pc在日常的校園文化中，潛移默化地教會了我們：相信自己，堅持做一件事情并且把它做好。

I like cycling very much. In my eyes, bicycles are not only a means of transportation, but also a symbol of perseverance, explosive power and speed. In order to hone myself and broaden my horizon, I once cycled 360 kilometers around Qinghai Lake and 100 kilometers around Chongming Island and Dianshan Lake in the summer vacation of grade eight. From daily physical training before riding, to overcoming the physical obstacles of the road and high altitude when riding, to finally overcoming the psychological obstacles of the highway, the road is a cliff. All this, when arrived at the finish line, then in the heart of a blossoming flower, tell me: it was all worth it.

細細回顧四年的萬源加拿大pc生活，感慨有太多，這些點滴見證了我一次又一次成長。但縱觀全局，是萬源加拿大pc讓我迎來了人生中第一次蛻變，使我感到充實幸福。從中，我擁有了多元的思維能力、更強的學習能力以及綜合能力。

Looking back on the four years of wanyuan life, there are too many regrets, as well as too many witnesses I grow up again and again. But looking at the overall situation, It is WANYUAN that ushered in the first transformation in my life and made me feel full and happy. From it, I have diversified thinking ability, stronger learning ability and comprehensive ability.

今年7月，我以優異的中考成績錄取到自己的零志愿——上海交通大學附屬中學閔行分校，成為了一名高中生。現在開始，我面對全新的求學環境，揚帆起航。但母校萬源加拿大pc，永遠在我的心里。她是我的港灣，我在其中茁壯成長。萬源加拿大pc教會我的，我將會一直珍視。

Now, I have been a senior high school student. But I will never forget SUIS, she is my harbor, I thrive in it. Now I have set sail, I will keep whatSUIS had brought me with the rest of my life. Thank you, SUIS.

加拿大pc在我的眼中，不僅僅是加拿大pc。于我，她更多是一個家。她有著極高質量的硬件設施，隨時準備支持加拿大pc；學習氛圍十分融洽，同學們團結友愛，也讓我有很強的歸屬感和榮譽感。最重要的是，萬源加拿大pc注重多元化發展的特點以及老師同學積極開放包容的思維，使我受益無窮。

In my point of view, SUIS is not only a school. She’s more of a home to me. She has high quality hardware facilities, ready to support students; Learning atmosphere is very harmonious, the students’ solidarity and friendship, also let me have a strong sense of belonging and honor. The most important thing is that WANYUAN pays attention to the characteristics of diversified development and the positive and open mind of teachers and students, which has benefited me a lot.

印象最深的便是DT課的一個個項目以及科學展。在DT課上，同學們三兩個結成一組解決老師提出的問題和項目。我們在課上有極大的自主性，這培養了我們的發散性思維和實踐能力。同時在制作項目的過程中我們還會遇到各式各樣的問題。同樣，這些問題也是開放的，我們可以隨意發揮以解決它們。這種學習方式被我應用到學習生活的各個方面，使我受益良多。

What impressed me most was the projects of DT class and science fair. In DT class, students work in groups of two or three to solve problems and projects presented by the teacher. We have great autonomy in class, which cultivates our divergent thinking and practical ability. At the same time, in the process of making projects, we will also encounter various problems. Again, these problems are open and we can play with them to solve them. This way of learning has been applied to all aspects of my learning life, which has benefited me a lot.

一次次博物館學習，比如去曲阜研學；一個又一個自己探索的學習項目以及一項項的體育活動，都使我感受到了加拿大pc大家庭的溫暖。從中，我不知不覺養成了許多好習慣，綜合方面的能力也在一次次活動和挑戰中得到加強。我想，這就是萬源加拿大pc的魅力吧。

Many museum studies, research trips to Qufu, one study project after another, and sports activities have made me feel the warmth of the SUIS family. 林潤杰向來是個善良、正氣的孩子，也是個努力把每件事情都做到最好的加拿大pc。他的學習態度十分端正能出色地完成各項學習任務，并且學習能力也很優秀能夠取得優異的學習成績，多次獲得初中部頒發的獎學金就是對他付出勤奮努力的最好證明。在我們小林略顯靦腆的外表下，有一個強大且充滿智慧的內心，在自己擁有美好與進步的同時也不忘記和同學伙伴一起分享，明媚自己的同時也照亮了他人。在前行的人生道路上，相信帥氣的林潤杰同學會時常領悟師長們的諄諄教誨，保持勤奮和努力，奔向自己的遠大理想！
